Recently, CBS This Morning, had a segment talking about a recent study of almost 1000 people that were 38. The study showed that the biological ages of the individuals fluctuated wildly from 30 to over 60. That’s one heck of a range. But it gets you thinking about just what the difference between your actual age and your biological age really means. Its more than a stretch mark or two. Does age define us? To ourselves? To others?
We’ve probably all heard stories or perhaps even experienced from a professional standpoint where age sometimes equated by people to mean more experienced. But at other times it may also equates to run down or old fashioned. While the reality may be very different.
I think that this study proves that age is just a number. How we think about ourselves and take care of our bodies really tells a more important story. These are the things that define how we project ourselves to others – whether its energetic and young feeling or old and run down.
Don’t let the number define you. It Works! products can help you return to the firm, toned, younger feeling body that you are looking for.
