    15 Small Changes to Get Healthier

    It’s that time of year. We are all looking to get healthy, lose weight and look and feel our best. It’s easy to think about, easy to talk about…. so very hard to do! My motto is this… one small change, every day. Implement these changes and track how you feel for 30 days. Before you begin the 30 day journey to change, write down all your starting points.

    How many sodas do you drink per day? How often do you exercise? How much do you weigh? How many cigarettes do you smoke? Make each of these changes every day, adding a new one each day until you reach day 15. From there, keep with the changes and at the end of 30 days look back on where you started. Are you feeling better? Looking better?
